About the role
Data is the currency of the 21st century. Understanding how to capture, analyze, and most importantly, use data smartly is essential for marketing success. What does the data reveal? What does it say about the audience and what they want? How can it make our work smarter, more creative, and more effective?
- Develop SEO Audits to identify optimization opportunities.
- Provide SEO best practices and implementation guidelines adapted to each client needs.
- Create different deliverables like keyword research, on-page optimization recommendations, content gap analysis, landing page recommendations, competitive analysis, and more.
- Work along with copywriters to create and optimize articles with an SEO mindset.
- Develop linkbuilding and offsite optimization strategies for Social Media, PR and other channels.
- Use Analytics, Experience and SEO tools to monitor & analyze data, via daily, weekly, monthly reports, or on an ad hoc basis - in order to drive optimization decisions and effectively manage SEO & UX performance.
- Work side by side with Sr. Data Analysts to make data backed recommendations using analytical tools and methodologies.
- Serve as a translator making technical concepts easy to understand and tied to business outcomes.
- Loves data and has strong analytical skills.
- Is a proactive and resourceful problem solver.
- Has excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Is eager to help people understand business needs through data and SEO concepts.
- Enjoys working with cross-functional teams.
- A Bachelor's degree in economics, business, marketing, advertising, social sciences, engineering or related (desired).
- 2-3+ years of experience in a related role (working with SEO, Analytics).
- Advanced skills in SEO tools (ahrefs, SemRush, SEOMoz, ScreamingFrog, Google Search Console, or similars).
- Strong experience in keyword research for content creation and technical SEO.
- Good knowledge of Google Data Studio / Looker Studio.
- Intermediate/Good skills in website analytics tools (GTM, Google Analytics or similar).
- Language: Upper intermediate/Advanced english, basic or intermediate portuguese desired but not required.
