Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative for E-commerce Brand

Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS) is seeking a highly skilled Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Greece. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading e-commerce brand and provide exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch and English. They should be able to effectively handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and document interactions in our CRM system.
About the Role:
- Provide technical-based customer assistance through voice, chat, and email
- Offer exceptional customer experiences
- Document each interaction in our dedicated CRM system
Requirements:
- Dutch language proficiency: C1 level
- English language proficiency: B2 level
- Experience in customer support, technical support, or help desk environments
- Ability to work independently and as a remote team player
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong working knowledge of external systems and PC-based internet and software applications
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: €25,000 - €30,000 per year, depending on experience
