Dutch Speaking Customer Support Expert

As a Customer Support Specialist at Fleet Complete, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to customers in the Benelux market. This role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Analyze customer issues and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required. German is an asset.
- 1+ year of experience in customer support and administration in a tech/software support role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with Salesforce is an asset.
