- Develop and distribute agendas for meetings in collaboration with the CEO.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling and participant communication.
- CRM Management:
- Update and maintain the organization's relationship management CRM system.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of contact information, meeting notes, and follow-up tasks.
- Assist in analyzing CRM data to provide insights on donor and partner relationships.
- Executive Support:
- Meet with the CEO regularly to discuss upcoming priorities and tasks.
- Assist the CEO in streamlining workflow and prioritizing tasks.
- Provide forward-looking planning and support, ensuring the CEO is prepared for upcoming commitments and deadlines.
- Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.

- Handle incoming and outgoing communications in a timely and professional manner.
