We are looking for a E-commerce Sales Manager to join our amazing team to increase the service level and customer loyalty by providing executive-friendly communication to clients.

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Demonstrated track record in sales, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in managing client relationships and understanding client needs.
- Skilled in negotiation and closing deals.
- Analytical Abilities in analyzing sales and market dynamics.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Focused on achieving sales targets and goals.
- Ability to think creatively to improve sales processes.
- Understanding of budgeting and financial planning in a sales context.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment.

- Duplication and detail-oriented (understands everything immediately)

**DIVISION DUTIES**

**Functions**

**1. Sales function**
- Alternative Product Recommendations: Offering similar items when desired products are out of stock, enhancing customer experience and maintaining sales.
- Size and Fit Guidance: Assisting customers in selecting the correct sizes to minimize returns, using size charts, fit descriptions, and personalized advice.
- Custom Measurements for Tailored Items: Accurately collecting measurements for custom-made apparel to ensure a perfect fit.
- Client Journey Tracking: Monitoring the customer's journey from initial contact to post-purchase feedback, to improve engagement and customer service.

**2. Rapid Response function**
- Fast and efficient responses to their inquiries and concerns
- Prioritizing quick and attentive client care, the brand can differentiate itself through superior customer service

**3. Client Care function**
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Responding to customer feedback, handling inquiries and complaints
- Feedback collection and analysis

**4. Gain control over customer communication lines (Instagram, tik-tok, etc.**)
- Make sure all messages are answered;
- In case of failure, alert the head of the sales and marketing department - Also, ensure that negative client issues are promptly and effectively addressed, and the proper steps are taken to rectify them

**5. Sales Analytics and Reporting function**
- Data Collection and Management: systematic gathering of sales data from various sources CRM tools.
- Performance Analysis: This sub-function focuses on analyzing sales performance metrics such as sales volume, revenue, profit margins, and conversion rates.

**6. Inventory Level Monitoring and Alerting function**
- Monitoring inventory levels to identify products that are approaching the end of their stock.

**7. Sales Promotion and Marketing function**
- Working in tandem with the marketing department, the sales team helps in creating promotional campaigns, advertising, and marketing materials.

**DAILY ACTIONS**:

- Follow up on actions and deadlines of existing orders
- Review the inquiries of the clients
- Review communication channels
- Review all the fulfilled orders
- Fulfill the new orders and send the to the Logistics department
- Manage the CRM system
- Sales reporting

Pay: $60,000.00 - $1,280,000.00 per month
