**Health Supply 770, one of Florida's fastest-growing medical supplies companies, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Manager to join our team.** We pride ourselves on providing high-quality medical supplies and equipment, carefully selected by our experienced sales reps and warehouse staff with years of combined experience in the healthcare industry.

**FLUENT ENGLISH REQUIRED**

**EXPERIENCE WITH THE HEALTH INDUSTRY IS A MUST**

**Compensation: Base salary + commissions**

**Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sales Team Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing effective sales strategies, setting objectives, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing support to help the team surpass their targets and succeed.**

**Experience in the Medical Area is a plus. Experience selling products to big **businesses **is a must.**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales management and leadership, **preferably in online sales environments.**:

- **Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities.**:

- Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven decision-making with the ability to analyze sales data and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- **Experience in the medical field is a plus, with knowledge of medical sales practices and regulations, which would be highly advantageous for this role.**

Compensation: Base salary + Commission
