**Sell-out Specialist for Pharmacy Channel **(M/F)**
in our Dermatological Beauty Division
Based in Sofia
**YOU WILL HAVE THE IMPACT IN THE AREAS OF**:
- Visiting targeted pharmacies in the **Sofia region**, presenting the brands from our Dermatological Beauty Division portfolio (**CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, Vichy**) and presenting our services to increase sales
- Promoting the brands’ added value **and meeting both the scientific and the business needs of pharmacies**, emphasizing the technical and scientific characteristics of the products and services
- ** Checking the brand presence** and correcting distribution of the products within the pharmacies if needed
- Changing merchandizing schemes and following planograms
- Ensuring **synergy with medical teams and other departments** to increase sales
- ** Analyzing sales results** and **monitoring the competition**, implementing corrective and improvement action plans when needed
- Managing administrative tasks and **regular reporting**:
- Ensuring **respect of both internal and external ethical standards** regarding relationships with pharmacies

**THE IDEAL PROFILE**:
- Has 2 or more years of **previous work experience** in sales in a pharma or FMCG industry
- Preferably holds a** Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree**:
- Excellent **written and verbal communication** **skills, **able to convey clear messages in communication with various internal and external stakeholders
- Highly developed **negotiation skills**:
- Good prioritization and ability to work in dynamic environment
- Excellent **analytical and organizational skills**:
- Fluent in **Bulgarian and English language**:
- ** Active driver **(B category)
- Active and advanced use of **MS Office**
