MyZone Media/AM2 Studio is looking for a **Web Development Project Manager and Operations Specialist** We are looking for someone with a strong background in project management and web development methodologies, someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, and a high level of proficiency in English
As a **Web Development Project Manager and Operations Specialist**, you would be responsible for leading, planning, executing, and closing web development projects for our NA clients, by overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest quality standards.
This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours, but as you would be working with our team in Canada and Croatia, and clients from North America, it would require you to sometimes adjust to their working hours.
What you'll do:
**Project Management and Operations**:- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks.
- Coordinate and supervise the project team, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Kickstart blog posts to enhance the company's online presence.
- Organize previous clients into a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for effective follow-up and engagement.
- Upsell clients on support and maintenance services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
**Business Development**:- Contribute to the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and participating in proposal development.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to showcase the company's capabilities and expertise in web development.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in web development and project management.
**Client Relationship Management**:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Communicate project updates and progress to clients regularly, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Actively seek client feedback and implement necessary changes to improve client satisfaction.
**Project Monitoring and Control**:- Track project progress and performance, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular project reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
**Team Management and Development**:- Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate team members' performance and provide constructive feedback to promote growth and development.
**What you'll bring**:- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on web development projects.
- A high level of proficiency in English, as you would be working with clients from North America.
- Strong knowledge of web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification is a plus.
**Nice-to-have skills**:
- Product Ownership Skills: Experience in product management or ownership, including defining product vision, creating roadmaps, and prioritizing features based on business value.
- Experience in Building SaaS Products: Familiarity with the unique challenges and requirements of building and scaling SaaS products, including aspects such as subscription models, customer onboarding, and user experience optimization.
- Business Analysis Skills: Ability to understand and translate client needs into actionable requirements and functional specifications.
- UX/UI Design Understanding: Awareness of user experience and user interface design principles, enabling effective collaboration with design teams to create user-centric products.
- Data-driven Decision Making: Experience using data and analytics to inform project decisions, optimize processes, and measure success.
