We are looking for a project manager with a strong Copy and Design Background.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and above quality standards.

Act as the main liaison for project teams, fostering communication, collaboration, and timely completion of tasks.

Implement and oversee quality assurance (QA) processes to guarantee excellence in all outputs.

Design and refine workflows to maximize resource efficiency across various projects.

Work closely with copywriters, designers, and web developers, overseeing the creative and technical aspects of projects to ensure the final product meets strategic goals.

Play a key role in the creation of website content, ensuring that the copy, design, and overall flow contribute to a seamless user experience.

Utilize your background in copywriting, design, and web development to inform project decisions and enhance the creative process.

Qualifications:
Proven track record as a Project Manager in the creative, marketing, or web development fields, with a portfolio of successfully managed projects.

Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality or deadlines.

Excellent communication abilities in English, capable of motivating and inspiring a diverse team.

Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and the commitment to uphold the highest standards of quality.

Solid background in copywriting, design, and an understanding of web design principles, especially regarding content strategy, website structure, and user experience.

Full-time availability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

**Work Location**: Remote

Pay: $530,000.00 - $540,000.00 per month
