Web Project Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers in the assessment and management of new requests and oversee the development of global web content. Your primary responsibilities include working with stakeholders across different business units to assess requests, shepherd creative development through our creative services team, and assist in the coordination of projects. You will work in tandem with members from our eComm, marketing, brand, and product teams to foster transparency and alignment while ensuring projects are on track. deliverables are on time, and ensure web best practices.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
Collaborate closely with Project Managers in the assessment and management of web project requests.
- Work closely with stakeholders to fully understand and document purpose, requirements and dates and cascade among project team members.
- Understand and implement web best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in the coordination of web projects to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
- Efficiently delegate tasks to ensure an equitable distribution of workload among creative services team members.
- Track timelines and coordinate reviews and approvals with stakeholders.
- Communicate and coordinate plans with other teams.
- Work with the analytics team to measure and report campaign effectiveness and optimize towards performance.
- Provide recommendations based on our overall strategy and KPis of each request.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent project coordination skills and management of multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to present updates at meetings in English.
- Be flexible and adaptive to changes in project scope, requirements, and timelines, and effectively communicate adjustments to the project team.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook
- Experience working with global tears.
- Basic understanding of HTML and web best practices.
- Attention to detail while also being able to look at things holistically.
