Explore-Share, an online booking platform for guided adventures around the world, is looking for an Admin Assistant to join its team remotely. The platform lists more than 13,000 outdoor trips in more than 100 countries, all of them led by over 2000 local certified guides. Our team is based all over the world, with offices in Buenos Aires and Brussels.
At Explore-Share we believe outdoor adventures enrich people’s lives and that experienced, local guides help make these experiences unique.

We are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to join our administration team. The position is remote, full time and under the contractor modality.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in a career related to the position
- Languages: Bilingual or advanced (English and Spanish).
- At least 1 year of experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience in supplier payment and invoicing
- Tasks you will be in charge of
- Supplier payment and invoicing
- Weekly and monthly reports for management and industry.
- Customer service (mails, messages and telephone) for internal and external multicultural customers.
- Assembling work paper for Belgian accounting firm
- Debt collection from customers
