“Your day to day”
- Review and validate sales orders
- Enter orders (manual transactions)
- Determine product and/or service availability and logistics
- Track and manage orders, updates and cancels
- Define stock level based on demand and market demand timeline
- Create invoice and release, review & resolve billing documents
- Create manual credit/debit note
- Daily monitoring of invoicing and management of dashboard (transaction)
- Process manual invoice including sundry invoice
- Ensure compliance with the governing company controls, policies and procedures
- Participate as key user to improve and/or replace existing systems and procedures. Acts as member on projects and performs UAT.
- Receive and manage claims and requests coming from customers (internal/external).
Who we’re looking for:
- A profile with relevant experience in managing communication with Customers.
- Experience (3+ years) in OTC or Customer Service processes in B2B environment
- Ability to challenge status quo
- System proficiency: Basic understanding of SAP, Proficient in handling MS Office, Able to navigate through PowerBi reports
- Fluent English, excellent communication and presentation skills
- Canadian French is an asset.
- Strong influencing skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong team commitment and results delivery orientation
- Strong experience in Supply Chain or Customer Development
