Order & Invoice Management Sr Analyst Buenos Aires

Your 'day to day':
The general purpose of this role is to work directly with the internal customers and partners for order management. The roles also covers the verification of availability of placed orders to avoid complaints and issues.
Also responsible for understanding and orchestrating the direct and indirect workflow for various deal processes that are often revenue impacting, as well as being the direct link between our distributors, partners and sales teams.
- Performs the daily O2C Order & Invoice management and fulfilment services such as transactional processing, reviews and report preparation to management:
- Review and validate sales orders
- Enter orders (manual transactions)
- Determine product and/or service availability and logistics
- Track and manage orders, updates and cancels
- Define stock level based on demand and market demand timeline
- Establish shipment forecast
- Determine logistics planning inbound/outbound
- Create invoice and release, review & resolve billing documents
- Create manual credit/debit note
- Daily monitoring of invoicing and management of dashboard (transaction)
- Process manual invoice including sundry invoice
- Acts on issue identified in the process by providing a work around to resolve and trouble shoot the issue immediately (issue management).
- Ensure compliance with the governing company controls, policies and procedures. Prepare the documentation as requested by Corporate and Independent Auditors or Tax related concerns
- Performs knowledge transfers, handbook documentation and confirmation with the affiliate on the process related to migration of services and new affiliates
- Participate as key user to improve and/or replace existing systems and procedures. Acts as member on projects and performs UAT.
- Involvement in projectbased tasks and work assignments on demanding markets.
Who we're looking for:
- University or post graduate degree in a relevant field
- Availability to work the afternoon shift from 1 pm to 9 pm
- Experience (5+ years) in Order To Cash process in B2B environment
- Ability to challenge status quo
- System proficiency: Proficient in handling MS Excel, Basic understanding of SAP
- Fluent English, excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong team commitment and results delivery orientation
