**Legal & Compliance Specialist - LAC South Cluster**

**We will count on you to**:
- Provide assistance with local AML matters to colleagues which includes responding to colleagues and insurers consultations (from basic to complex)
- Handle and assist with the periodic activities of the local legal entities matters including drafting meeting minutes and related presentations.
- Implementation and monitoring compliance of local regulatory requirements (UIF, SSN, IGJ)
- Handle assigned legal or compliance rutinary matters and projects such as consumer claims, non-disclosure agreements, engagement letters, document review, legal research and basic contract drafting and review.
- Assist senior lawyers with Compliance matters and projects such as licensing, monitoring, research, data compilation and synthesis, reporting, and task management.
- Monitor internal Code of Conduct and Policies compliance to sustain company’s values.
- Attend training sessions to develop skills needed to advance Legal and Compliance knowledge and abilities and, eventually, provide training to colleagues.
**What you need to have**:
- Law Degree
- Advanced / Bilingual English
**What makes you stand out?**
- 1+ years of relevant legal and/or compliance experience in-house or law firm (corporate matters, AML, compliance)
- Knowledge and/or legal practice of insurance, reinsurance, AML or corporate legislation
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and comply with tight deadlines
