For our client, an International Pharma Company, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The position reports and give support to the CEO, with key deliverables, providing administrative assistance in day-to-day activities and on agenda & logistics preparation (including Management Teams meetings, travels and events coordination), to foster communication with NN stakeholders (local, regional & global) and to assist in the preparation of internal & external presentations and documents. Main Responsabilities: Administrative support to CEO related to calendars maintenance, travel arrangements (accommodation, transport, flight, transfer, visa, etc), correspondence, expense reports, timekeeping, among others. Follow-up on agenda closely and keeping-up strong communication with department assistants to manage the Argentina Affiliate Calendar. Organise efficient and effective Management Team meetings, including compiling the agenda, taking minutes/action points, following up status on action points and meeting practicalities. Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls, reserve conference rooms and equipment, prepare documents for meetings, assist in coordination and preparation for board and staff. Arrange visit programs for colleagues from other countries, customers, etc. Prepare/compile presentations, including alignment of layout and coordination of input with other colleagues to secure timeliness of final slide package. Owner of the billing process including invoice processing, generation of purchase orders, contracts, suppliers’ registration, etc Comply with principles and defend company interests. Furthermore, as a requirement of the business ethics, to defend the confidentiality of the company, business plans, ideas and strategies along with the secrecy of the data.

**Requisitos**:
University degree is a plus (Degree in Administration, Public Relations, International Relations, Hotel Administration, Human Resources or related). At least 5 years of experience as executive assistant to Top Management, VP or CEO position. Strong experience with managing interfaces with different parts of the organisation. Fluent English Soft Skills expected: Service oriented attitude; Communication and dialogue, stakeholder management; Planning and organising, prioritisation and proactivity; High degree of confidentiality and a sense of timely intervention / ubiquity; Concern for quality and detail.
