PROPOSITO DEL CARGO: Coordinar embarques internacionales por carretera, en el tránsito Brasil/Argentina, realizando el seguimiento para verificar su normal desarrollo y mantener informado al cliente. Responsable de la realización de actividades operacionales específicas en la estación o el centro de operaciones que pueden incluir actividades de clasificación, conducción, seguimiento e informes basados en la ubicación. Entregar de forma precisa y oportuna la información de envío y carga, y si es necesario completar el papeleo de aduanas para permitir el despacho y entrega a tiempo y en perfecto estado, la facturación correcta y cumplimiento de la legislación y regulaciones vigentes. Atencion al cliente, brindando status diario.
**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**:
Dentro de las principales responsabilidades del cargo encontramos:
Comprobar si la documentación del embarque/envío contiene toda la información requerida. Reportar cualquier información inexacta o falta de la misma a quien corresponda.
Registrar e investigar los embarque/envío con problemas. Verificación de embarques retenidos en consulta.
Preparar y comprobar la información y trámites de aduanas (incluidos todas las fuentes de información los adicionales de la empresa), para completar, cuando sea necesario, con el fin de garantizar el despacho oportuno.
Comprobar que los datos y trámites de aduana sean completos y precisos de acuerdo con la normativa de tránsito y destino local.
Completar el papeleo de aduanas.
Cumplir con los reglamentos aduaneros en todo momento.
Ingresar todos los embarques e información del área en los sistemas apropiados, con precisión y de manera oportuna
Asegurar la realización de todos los controles de validación necesarios, para garantizar el 100% de la calidad de los datos.
Contactar al cliente y accionar en función de los requerimientos aduaneros.
Realizar los avisos de arribos a los clientes con la correspondiente información, organizar con sus apoderados/despachantes la entrega de documentación para la nacionalización, posteriormente la coordinación de entregas locales.
Se adhiere a las políticas y procedimientos estándar, incluida la salud y la seguridad. Se asegura de estar pendiente de actualizaciones y cambios a procedimientos y regulaciones.
Trabajar estrechamente dentro del equipo para garantizar un flujo óptimo de los procesos operativos en los plazos requeridos.
Interactuar continuamente con clientes y proveedores
Completar el volumen de trabajo y las tareas que se espera según horarios, plazos o estándares. Cumplir o superar la tasa o indicadores requerida para seguir un cronograma o cumplir un plazo demostrado por métricas o auditorías del departamento.
Garantizar que todos los trámites y los requisitos de informes (en línea o manuales) sean completos, precisos y oportunos. Utilizar herramientas definidas para realizar el escaneo, el registro y la transferencia de datos según sea necesario.
Estas responsabilidades son las principales o las que se realizan con mayor frecuencia. Cualquier otra tarea podrá ser solicitada para su cumplimiento.
**CONOCIMIENTOS, EXPERIENCIA, HABILIDADES Y CAPACIDADES REQUERIDAS**:
Estudios secundarios completos. Serán valorados estudios complementarios (Título de despachante o agente de transporte) o universitarios en carreras como Comercio Exterior, Comercio Internacional y/o carreras afines. Experiência en políticas internacionales de aduana, carga, procedimientos, reglas, leyes y trámites aduaneros. Conocimiento de términos aduaneros específicos, procedimientos de despacho de aduana. Dominio de herramientas informáticas. Buenas relaciones interpersonales y comunicación efectiva. Capacidad de organización, planificación y resolución de problemas. Conocimientos o dominio de los Idiomas Portugues e Ingles. Posicion para Oficina en General Pacheco - Bs As.
