**Responsibilities**:
**Who are you?**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Product Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Product Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing our product launch website, content management system, and Request for Proposal (RFP) proposals.

**In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following**:

- Manage and coordinate the development and maintenance of the product launch website, ensuring that all information and resources are up-to-date, accurate, and accessible.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and marketing, to obtain necessary information on new and existing products for the website.
- Update and optimize website content, including product descriptions, images, videos, and other relevant resources, to effectively showcase our products and drive engagement.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance the user experience.
- Support uploading and refreshing of product marketing material on the content management system (Seismic), ensuring that all content is properly organized, tagged, and optimized for searches.
- Coordinate updates to product-related content in RFP proposals, working closely with the commercial enablement, product management and marketing teams to ensure responses are accurate and compelling.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis as needed to support product marketing strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing team and commercial enablement to ensure all marketing collateral, website design, and proposals are aligned with brand guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing websites, content management systems, and/or e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of grammar and punctuation.
- Ability to analyze data and interpret insights to drive marketing strategy and website optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
- Experience working with RFPs and proposal management is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
