**About the Role**:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator & Strategist to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of our marketing efforts. This role combines strategic oversight with operational management, ensuring that our marketing team delivers impactful campaigns that align with our company’s goals. As a key driver of our marketing strategy, you’ll work closely with the team to enhance brand presence, propose innovative campaigns, and optimize processes across all communication channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and lead marketing strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.
- Ensure the Marketing team operates efficiently, following company guidelines and maintaining high standards in content creation.
- Assign tasks and manage responsibilities across the team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) across social media platforms and the website, delivering insights for continuous improvement.
- Present performance reports and actionable recommendations to management.
- Propose innovative content ideas and campaigns to foster engagement and enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate the creation and implementation of marketing automation workflows and optimizations in HubSpot.
- Manage and guide the production of blog content to align with strategic initiatives.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or strategy development.
- Strong background in social media platforms, content strategy, and performance metrics.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools to create workflows and automations, track lead generation performance and enhance marketing efforts.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish is mandatory.
