- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
Website Development and Monitoring:
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company website.
- Ensure the website reflects the brand identity and provides an optimal user experience.
- Monitor website performance, analyze traffic, and implement improvements as needed.
SEO Optimization:
- Lead SEO initiatives to enhance the company's online visibility and search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, analyze website SEO factors, and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and search engine algorithm changes.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to build brand presence and engage with the target audience.
- Manage and create content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
- Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Content Generation:
- Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop content that resonates with the target audience.
- Ensure content aligns with SEO strategies and contributes to overall marketing goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a focus on website management, SEO, social media, and content generation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in Squarespace and WordPress preferred.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
