**Requisitos**:

- Estudiantes universitarios, preferentemente de Ciencias Económicas, Ingeniería, Abogacía, Comunicación, Marketing o carreras afines.
- Experiência mayor a un año en atención al cliente.
- Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas.
- Muy buen nível de comunicación, oral y escrita.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes 7 horas diarias (incluye media hora de descanso) + 4 horas a realizarse los fines de semana en modalidad remoto.
- Buscamos jóvenes con proactividad en la resolución de problemas, dinámicos, orientados a los detalles, buena capacidad de trabajo en equipo y ganas de pertenecer a un excelente equipo de trabajo.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Ofrecer soporte sobre cómo funcionan los productos a nuestros clientes a través de todos nuestros canales de atención.
- Cumplir con los objetivos cuantitativos y cualitativos, en cuanto a la atención de nuestros clientes.
- Gestionar las consultas de nuestros clientes en las distintas plataformas administrativas promoviendo las mejoras prácticas de calidad y tiempo de respuesta.
- Atender las necesidades de nuestros clientes bajo el concepto Customer Centric.
