- Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the Software Architecture according to the technological and business needs.
- Use of project management tools to develop/create and prepare reports to track project status and metrics required for reporting purposes; Analyze reports and make recommendations to improve processes.
- Provide information to the technical leader on the status and evolution of the projects under his responsibility, with an approximate estimate of implementation times and resources;
- Manage ticketing and change registration and issuance tools (ServiceNow)
- Support the testing and development areas.
- Participate in the implementation of global solutions and migrations that have an impact on the company.
- Manage non-functional requirements
- Work as a team with other technical leaders in the area (Information Security, Infrastructure, DBA, communications, etc.).
- Essential skills:
- Ability to learn new software, be open to challenges
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Autonomy and proactivity that allows the execution of process analysis tasks and problem solving in support tasks.
- Possess good interpersonal relationships and communication skills.
- Systems career student - Mediating career or higher.
