**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients, including real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our transaction coordination services, demonstrating how they can enhance the client’s business operations.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, customer relations, or account management, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes and the needs of real estate professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field preferred.
