As a **Business Development and Sales Representative** at Ekoparty, you will be responsible for identifying and closing commercial agreements with sponsors to support the largest cybersecurity conference in Latin America. Your focus will not only be on securing new sponsors but also on developing long-term relationships with organizations that trust Ekoparty, ensuring their continuous participation in our events and projects.
**What Challenges Do We Propose?**:
- ** Strategic Positioning**: Position Ekoparty as the preferred partner for cybersecurity sponsors, generating leads and exploring new business opportunities in Latin America and the United States.
- ** Comprehensive Sales Management**: Lead and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, striving to exceed established commercial objectives.
- ** Follow-Up and Excellence in Experience**: Provide personalized follow-up to each sponsor, ensuring their expectations are exceeded, and coordinate with internal teams to guarantee an exceptional experience at each of our events.
- ** Event Planning and Collaboration**: Actively participate in the planning and execution of Ekoparty's conference and events, maximizing sponsor visibility and satisfaction, and promoting collaborative work with the entire organization.
**What Do We Expect From You?**:
- ** Experience in Sales and Business Development**: Proven experience in similar roles, preferably in the technology sector, with a regional scale vision.
- ** Educational Background**:Studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercialization, or related fields**.
- ** Bilingual or Advanced English**: Ability to conduct conversations and negotiations in English, both written and spoken.
- ** Results-Oriented**: Ability to work with clear objectives and meet established commercial goals.
- ** Negotiation Skills**: Ability to handle complex negotiations and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- ** Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients and sponsors.
- ** Proactivity and Creativity**: Capacity to identify innovative opportunities and propose new ideas that drive Ekoparty's growth.
