**About the client**:
Our client is a leading digital marketing agency based in the USA. They specialize in helping painting contractors harness the power of digital marketing to grow their businesses and reach their goals.

**About the role**:
**What you'll be doing**:

- Design and execute effective automation to engage and nurture our customer base.
- Set up and manage products within the CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develop and manage customized tags to categorize and segment contacts for targeted marketing and communication strategies.
- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of GHL to handle the CRM's backend operations effectively.
- Work towards enhancing our customer relationship management by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Ensure seamless operation of GHL sub-accounts and integrations.
- Analyze CRM data to derive actionable insights for decision-making and customer engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM efforts with overall business goals and marketing initiatives.
- Address and resolve CRM-related issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

**Who are we looking for?**
- A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience working specifically with GHL, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the platform's functionalities.
- Willingness to stay updated on the latest GHL developments and best practices to optimize CRM performance.
- A commitment to enhancing the customer experience through CRM strategies and personalization.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple aspects of CRM management efficiently.
