Resumen de puesto:
Es responsable de mejorar la posición en el mercado y lograr un crecimiento financiero significativo, desarrollar objetivos estratégicos organizativos a largo plazo, establecer relaciones con clientes clave, identificar oportunidades de negocio de piezas y servicios para productos/soluciones que satisfagan o predigan las necesidades (futuras) de los clientes, negociar/cerrar acuerdos comerciales y mantener un amplio conocimiento de las condiciones actuales del mercado.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Conocer los aspectos e impactos ambientales así como los peligros y riesgos asociados a su trabajo y área en la que se desempeña, actuando permanentemente en forma segura, fomentando el cuidado personal y el de sus compañeros de trabajo.-
- Cumplir con los procedimientos y estándares del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental y con los procedimientos y estándares del Sistema de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.-
- Buscar nuevas aplicaciones (de producto), nuevas industrias y nuevos segmentos.-
- Desarrollar y perseguir las oportunidades activas de negocio.-
- Prospección de nuevos canales de venta/clientes y planificación de enfoques persuasivos y discursos que convenzan a los clientes potenciales de hacer negocios.-
- Desarrollar relaciones con nuevos clientes, establecer objetivos de ventas y proporcionar apoyo para mejorar continuamente la relación.-
- Desarrolla plan de ventas para las cuentas del territorio designado.-
- Gestionar su propio plan de viajes en funcion de los objetivos establecidos.-
- Aumentar y retener las cuentas existentes presentando nuevas ofertas a los clientes.-
- Identificar oportunidades de campañas, servicios y canales de distribución que conduzcan a un aumento de las ventas.-
- Utilizando el conocimiento del mercado y de los competidores, identificar y desarrollar las propuestas de venta únicas y diferenciadoras de la empresa.-
- Trabajar activamente con el personal de ventas y apoyarlo para asegurar nuevos negocios a través de las oportunidades identificadas.Su perfil:
- Graduado en Ingenieria Industrial con perfil comercial o carreras afines.
- Se requieren al menos 5 años de experiência en ventas o marketing, posiciones como Sales Professional o Product Line Specialist para equipos de Mineria, Construccion o a fines.
- Experiência Comercial y de desarrollo del negocio.
Lugar de residencia: Buenos Aires.
Lugar de trabajo: Oficinas San Justo. Visitas autoprogramadas a clientes.
