**Tus responsabilidades**:
Tus responsabilidades incluyen las siguientes, pero no se limitan a eso:
- Profundo conocimiento de las patologías, productos y territoro. Mantener y mejorar el conocimiento de los productos, su estrategia, posicionamiento, mensajes clave, programas especiales, desarrollo de la empresa, consumidores, y competidores.
- Contribuir positivamente en los equipos de Ventas, Marketing, Medicina y Acceso, a través de relaciones cooperativas y esfuerzos conjuntos para lograr los objetivos de la compañía y del equipo.
- Proporcionar insumos para el uso efectivo de fondos de promoción y predicción de ventas en el territorio.
- Dar seguimiento a los lineamientos de eventos adversos, y las directrices del Código de Conducta promovidas por Novartis.
- Difundir la evidencia científica de los productos de la franquicia de Hematología y Oncología de Novartis, con un mensaje claro de diferenciación y enfoque 360°.
- Enfoque integral a los diferentes actores del territorio. Enfoque en profesionales de la salud e instituciones clave.
- Planear y ejecutar iniciativas establecidas para el territorio. Planes de cuentas con monitoreo individual y fuerte interacción con los HUBs para la co-creación de las soluciones encontradas en campo.
- Orquestar los diferentes canales de interacción con los profesionales de la salud, detectando el mejor canal, momento, y contenido para generar el mejor impacto en la comunicación.

- Entendimiento y claridad para comunicar temas científicos, económicos y estratégicos.
- Fuertes habilidades de negociación y análisis.
- Profesional o con estudios avanzados (preferiblemente en Ciencias, Comercialización, o Negocios) - grado en ciencias de la vida es un plus.
- Se requiere de matrícula APM o registro pendiente.
- Inglés nível intermedio
