**ABOUT THIS ROLE**:
Main activities might include:
- Organization of disposal of confidential documents (shredding, destruction ) and recycling.
- Participate in planning and coordination of corporate meetings and events.
- Participate in local meetings, follow up on action items with line manager.
- Understand procurement systems to maintain availability of supplies needed.
- Provide reception and guest services, welcome visitors and employees.
- General understanding of office equipment, AV and printers, to troubleshoot and escalate as needed.
- Process courier labels for mail and scheduled deliveries.
- Manage building security access cards and rights for employees, suppliers, visitors and guests.
- Follow and enforce visitor management policies.
- Take on requestor/buyer role in Oracle.
- Invoice and payable coding through Kofax and Oracle system.
- Contact with landlord/building management for troubleshooting and follow up.
- First contact point for office support.
- Finance services: scanning invoices, handling invoice reminders with the supplier, raising PRFs as needed.
- Procurement: raising requisitions for new and current vendors, processing and tracking POs and invoices, maintaining payable records.
- IT: Coordinating intervention of TCS, liaising with IT Manager on recycling of material, raising tickets for planned electricity interruption, collecting return material from leavers.
- HR: Coordinating availability and coordinating of HSE requirements to meet government regulations.
- Support manager as needed to maintain shared folder of documents, reports, contracts, etc.
- Provide virtual back up to other Lat Am sites and ARG Depot.
- Good English skills.
