Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and helping clients achieve their goals? A-Teamwork is looking for an experienced **CSM Manager** to lead our Customer Success team
As our CSM Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and supporting a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service and solutions. We need someone who’s skilled in customer relationship management, has a proactive approach to problem-solving, and can drive our team’s success. If you’re a natural leader with a customer-first mindset, we’d love to meet you
**What You’ll Do**:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Customer Success Managers.
- Develop strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Proven experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret client data and drive decision-making.
- Ability to manage customer expectations and provide proactive solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success metrics.
