Tenes la oportunidad de unirte a nuestro equipo Comercial de Pioneer como **Field Sales Manager en la región Nea - Sur.**

**Principales desafíos**
- Análisis y manejo de la zona asignada: Ejecutar el plan de ventas del canal de distribución, dar seguimiento y análisis de métricas.
- Venta: Garantizar el correcto uso de los recursos, para un óptimo acceso al mercado, de manera tal que se maximicen las ventas en el área de responsabilidad asignada para toda la línea de productos.
- Posicionamiento y caracterización: Dar soporte en la generación de demanda.
- Servicio: lograr que los clientes Pioneer obtengan los servicios propuestos a través de la red (financiación, planes comerciales, despachos, calibres, etc.).
- Planificación: Trabajar periódicamente para anticiparse a las necesidades de las diferentes áreas.
- Capacitación y coaching: Asegurarse que el canal de distribucion tenga el nível apropiado de conocimiento del producto, posicionamiento, habilidades de ventas y servicios, para que sean efectivos en sus roles.
- Relacionamiento: Trabajar activamente en el relacionamiento con instituciones de la zona; ser referente comercial en el área de responsabilidad.
- Promoción, difusión, marketing a nível canal de distribución y difusión de información técnica a través de la misma.
- RTM: analizar trabajo de agencias y proponer mejoras donde corresponda para lograr llegar con el mejor servicio a todos los clientes target.

**Qualifications**:** Lo que traerás contigo**:

- Profesionales de la Carrera de Ing. Agronómica
- Habilidades de negociación y relacionamiento exitoso.
- Conocimientos en ventas.
- Experencia de haber trabajado con maíz, soja y girasol
- Manejo avanzado del paquete office
- Inglés intermedio / avanzado
- Disponibilidad para viajar y flexibilidad de horarios
- Lugar de residencia: Preferentemente Corrientes o localidades dentro del Nea
