Solar Appointment Setter

**Overview**:We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Solar Verification Managers (VM) / Appointment Setters. Your primary role will be to set triple-verified solar appointments, qualify potential customers, and ensure they receive top-quality service. Your efforts directly contribute to our company’s goal of helping homeowners switch to solar energy.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Set Triple Verified Appointments**: Ensure each appointment meets our quality standards by verifying customer details, needs, and interest in solar.
- **Qualify Customers for Solar**: Engage with potential clients to assess their eligibility and interest in solar power solutions.
- **Obtain Electric Bill and Google Map Image**: Collect required materials from customers, such as their electric bill and satellite image of their property.
- **Verify Customer's Google Map Image**: Confirm the property details and suitability for solar installation through Google Maps.
- **Maintain Quotas Set by Managers**: Achieve and exceed daily and weekly appointment quotas, as well as other key performance indicators.
- **Use Company Technology**: Utilize company-provided CRM systems and technology effectively to manage appointments, notes, and updates.
- **Incorporate Solar Power Language**: Communicate using approved "Solar Power Words" to create interest and connect with customers.
- **Avoid Using Forbidden Words**: Ensure language aligns with company policy by avoiding unapproved terms during conversations.
- **Participate in Team/Company Meetings**: Attend scheduled team & company meetings for updates, training, and team development.
- **Punctuality**: Be on time for shifts and meetings. Note that even one minute late is considered late.
**Goal**:Your main objective is to set **quality** solar appointments that meet company standards. This involves:
- Creating curiosity and interest in solar power.
- Hitting emotional triggers to connect with customers.
- Qualifying customers based on criteria provided.
- Gathering all necessary information and materials to confirm eligibility.

**Compensation**:
- **Base Pay**: Pay is structured either hourly or salaried, depending on your terms of employment.
- **Bonuses**: Tied to booked appointments or closed deals and vary based on your location and employment type.
**Requirements and Quotas**:
- **1+ Year Solar appointment setting experience.**:
- **2+ Years in Calling/ telesales experience**:
- **Level 10 Communication**: Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Minimum Call Counts & Times**: Adhere to daily minimum call requirements and ensure efficient call durations.
- **Appointment Quotas**: Meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment quotas as outlined by management.
- **Attention to Detail**: After each call, update the CRM with all necessary details and notes accurately.
- Sales experience is a plus.
**Qualifications**:
- **Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.**:
- Organized and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Motivated to meet and exceed goals and quotas.
- Knowledge or interest in solar energy and sustainable living.
- **Fluency is spoken and written English**
Pay: $97,472.78 - $194,945.56 per month
