Buscamos un Appointment Setter dinámico y proactivo para ser para ser parte del proyecto de expansión de clientes de una empresa de consultoría de empleos IT.

**Tu Perfil de Éxito - En Qué Trabajarás**:
Como Appointment Setter B2B, tu rol será crucial para la identificación y captación de nuevos clientes; principalmente a traves de redes sociales de uso profesional. Implementarás estrategias de prospección para asegurar un flujo constante de oportunidades de negocio. Llevando adelante la identificación y generación de la demanda, establecerás el primer contacto con prospectos a través de correos electrónicos y redes sociales profesionales, calificando leads y organizando reuniones efectivas con los Ejecutivos de Ventas del equipo.

- **Proactividad y Creatividad**: No solo sigues las estrategias establecidas, sino que también propones nuevas ideas para mejorar continuamente los procesos de prospección.
- **Comunicación Efectiva**: Manejas la comunicación escrita y verbal con destreza, lo cual te permite interactuar efectivamente con los prospectos y comprender sus necesidades.
- **Organización y Gestión del Tiempo**: Eres capaz de manejar múltiples tareas a la vez, priorizar actividades y mantener todo registrado en el sistema CRM de la empresa.
- **Analítico y Estratégico**: Evaluas constantemente el rendimiento de tus estrategias de prospección y ajustas tus tácticas para mejorar la generación de leads y la eficiencia.
- **Persistencia y Seguimiento**: Mantienes el contacto con los prospectos a través de diversas plataformas hasta lograr la conversión, demostrando paciencia y persistencia.
