The Growth and Profitability Lead within the Restaurants Strategy, Planning and Operations (SP&O) team is responsible for leading different strategic initiatives, performing analyses, bringing key insights, and mobilizing stakeholders into execution to improve restaurant business’ profitability and drive growth. It is a dynamic and fast paced role and has frequent interaction with Rappi’s Top Management as well as our diverse global leadership team.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
- Helping in the selection, creation and execution of key Restaurant initiatives- Monitoring and assisting managers in the development of metrics and their respective weekly tracking, leveraging Rappi’s data capabilities- Creating a business case and financial model for initiatives aligning with company financial and strategic goals- Defining rollout plans including execution design, necessary development in product, or important operational changes- Identifying key stakeholders to drive initiatives forward and establish corresponding agreements between different areas- Identifying execution risks, and finding the resources in the company to unblock- Working closely with business and product teams for insights that help teams get to the targets faster

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- Minimum 1 year of experience in consulting or similar, preferably MBB- Exceptional problem solving skills - comfortable working in changing environments and dealing with highly complex business challenges- Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders and managing conflicting priorities and timelines- Thrives working in a very fast paced, rapidly evolving, performance driven, environment- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, including presentations or other mediums to communication complex ideas- Curiosity to learn and work in the start-up/tech world of LatAm- Exceptionally strong excel modeling knowledge. Proficiency in this matter is a must.- Fluent English- Portuguese is a plus- SQL skills are a plus
