**Your functions and tasks include but are not limited to the following**:

- Build a database of potential B2B leads.
- Cold calling leads from a database (Seamless.Al) to develop relationships, deliver value, and book calls with the sales team.
- Manage outbound phone calls to make appointments for the sales team.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Reporting to the manager your activity and on google drive the KPI every day.

**Your profile**:

- Previous B2B Appointment Setting experience of at least 6 months.
- You have excellent written and communication skills in English (a must).
- Experience in Call Centers doing outbound calls (desirable).
- Someone who loves sales and connecting people.
- Someone who is able to work within an international remote team.
- An ambitious mindset to reach goals.
