- Experiência: 3-5 años en la industria como redactor técnico eficaz.
- Ingles avanzado: si.
- **Conocimientos excluyentes**:

- 3-5 años de experiência como redactor técnico eficaz.
- Habilidades superiores de comunicación escrita en inglés.
- Capacidad para aprender y comprender rápidamente temas complejos.
- Experiência previa en la redacción de documentación técnica y materiales procesales.
- Familiaridad con los procesos y la terminología de desarrollo de software.
- Experiência en B2B o industria tecnológica.
- **Conocimientos deseables**:

- Conocimientos de herramientas de colaboración y documentación, como Confluence y Jira.
- Experiência en la redacción de contenido para aplicaciones web y móviles.
- Conocimientos de SEO y marketing de contenidos.
- **Tareas a desarrollar**:

- Crear guías de usuario integrales que brinden instrucciones paso a paso, consejos para la solución de problemas y mejores prácticas para nuestros productos de software.
- Generar documentación de productos precisa y detallada, incluidos manuales de productos, notas de la versión, guías de instalación y documentación de la API.
- Investigar y analizar tendencias, tecnologías y mejores prácticas de la industria para desarrollar documentos técnicos convincentes.
- Colaborar con expertos en la materia para crear documentos de mejores prácticas que guíen a los usuarios en la optimización del uso de nuestros productos.
- Revisar y editar la documentación para verificar su precisión, claridad y cumplimiento de las pautas de estilo.
