We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and guidance during the pre-sales process. Your primary focus will be to understand customer requirements, demonstrate the capabilities of our software solutions, and assist in closing sales deals. This role requires strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Your key responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions based on our software offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients to showcase the features, functionalities, and benefits of our software solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and provide consultative guidance to assist them in selecting the right software products to meet their business needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution architectures, and product documentation to support the sales process.
- Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) exercises to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of our software solutions in solving customer challenges.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer requirements, product enhancements, and competitive insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and emerging technologies to effectively position our software solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

About you:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering or similar technical role, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of software solutions, IT infrastructure, and related technologies.
- Advanced/native English is a must, as you will be using it daily to engage with native customers.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience using/selling RDP and remote access solutions is a plus.
- You must be familiar or excited about startups with broad responsibilities, busy, dynamic environments, and very willing to learn new skills and technologies
