Estamos buscando un **Especialista del Centro de Excelencia **en esta posición serás responsable de los procesos financieros (órdenes de compra, ACR y alta de proveedores), procesos de compliance (contratos con médicos y sociedades médicas, organización de eventos internos, congresos nacionales e internacionales). Soporte a las áreas comerciales, médicas y proveedores. Estas responsabilidades reflejan el compromiso de este rol en asegurar el cumplimiento normativo, la eficacia en las operaciones y el apoyo integral a las áreas médicas y comerciales de AbbVie:
**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Asegurar el Cumplimiento Normativo:

- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos por el Centro de Excelencia
para la ejecución adecuada de actividades médicas, promocionales e internas, siguiendo
las políticas, procedimientos y normativas de la compañía.
- Ejecutar el proceso de alta, facturación y pago a proveedores de acuerdo con las
políticas vigentes, manteniendo relaciones efectivas con líderes de opinión, oradores,
sociedades médicas y otros proveedores que brinden servicios a AbbVie.
- Gestión de Actividades Médicas y Promocionales:

- Supervisar y concluir actividades médicas y promocionales en el sistema de ética y
cumplimiento, asegurando un control adecuado de la documentación proporcionada
por el iniciador.
- Coordinar la distribución trimestral de materiales promocionales a la fuerza de ventas a
través del proveedor Andreani, analizando y abordando cualquier desviación.
- Planificación y Priorización:

- Dar seguimiento a las solicitudes de las diversas áreas, participando en la planificación y
establecimiento de prioridades para garantizar una ejecución eficiente de las tareas.
- Liderazgo en Proyectos:

- Liderar proyectos asignados al rol, informando regularmente sobre el estado de avance
al coordinador del área y colaborando en la resolución de desafíos.
- Facilitador durante Auditorias:

- Facilitar documentación ante auditorías de Organización Ética y Compliance (OEC) y
Finanzas, interactuando con OEC, PSM, legales, BO y otras funciones involucradas en
procesos de auditoría.
- Mejora Continua de Procesos:

- Colaborar activamente en la identificación y desarrollo de mejoras para los procesos
internos, contribuyendo al crecimiento eficiente y efectivo de las operaciones.

**Qualifications**

**Cualificaciones**:

- Estudiante avanzado o profesional recientemente recibido de carreras afines a Ciencias Económicas (Administración de Empresas, Marketing) o Ingenieria Industrial.
- Vocación de servicio.
- Excelentes habilidades para el trabajo en equipo
- Altos estándares de ética e integridad
- Tener como objetivo personal y profesional el ayudar a la gente a través de la excelencia operativa.
- Habilidades para organizar tareas y trabajar por prioridades.
- Excelentes habilidades para buscar y promover la mejora continua.
- Manejo del riesgo
- Conocimiento de SAP (idealmente).
- Conocimientos en Excel intermedio.
- Inglés intermedio, idealmente.
