**Job Title**:
Marketing Lead

**Location**:
Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires, Córdoba.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define marketing goals and develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.

**Team Leadership**:
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Set clear goals, provide direction, and ensure the team's efforts are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.

**Campaign Management**:
Oversee the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, traditional, etc.).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.

**Brand Management**:
Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials.
Work closely with design and content teams to create compelling and effective brand messaging.

**Digital Marketing**:
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to implement innovative strategies.

**Collaboration**:
Collaborate with sales, talent, and other teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business objectives. Work closely with the leadgen team.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

**Budget Management**:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Monitor expenses and adjust strategies as needed to achieve financial targets.

**Analytics and Reporting**:
Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Provide regular reports and insights to leadership, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

**Requisitos**:
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing with a track record of successful campaign management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Budget management experience.
