Audio/visual Localization Project Coordinator

Language Link, a Northwest‐based translation and interpretation company, seeks an amazing person to join our Account Services Group. The position will be working remotely until further notice. We are searching for a talented, highly motivated person. This position is eligible for overtime. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage projects from inception to delivery, including scoping, resource allocation and collaboration; maintain and adhere to project schedules and timelines
- Facilitate relationships with vendors and all members of the localization team
- Directing fixes and following up on all internationalization and localization issues
- Scheduling localization efforts, defining resources needed, and the coordination and requesting of localization work
**Education and Experience Requirements**
- 5+ years experience with audio/visual localization including and not limited to voiceover, subtitling, audio layback, etc.
- The right person will be **extremely organized **with a **detail-oriented** mind.
- **Critical thinking** skills are required as you will need to able to analyze several pieces of information and make rational and timely decisions.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** are needed. You will need the ability to clearly, completely and accurately relay information to clients and internal teams.
- Strong time management, problem solving, and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook
- Experience working and collaborating in a team environment
- Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast‐paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Experience coordinating multi‐faceted, complex projects or programs
