We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Real Estate team as a Transaction Coordinator. This position requires a proactive professional with strong communication skills, who can manage the end-to-end process of real estate transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end process of real estate transactions, including document preparation, review, and compliance.
- Communicate transaction progress to involved parties.
- Ensure timely completion of all required documents.
- Monitor and track deadlines and schedule appointments.
- Identify and resolve any challenges that may arise during the transaction process.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate regulations.
- Maintain organized transaction files.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilize real estate transaction management software.
- Collaborate with all parties involved in the closing process.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator is required.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, contracts, and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
- Proficient in using real estate transaction management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**:
4-5 USD per Hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $5.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
