**Requirements**:
- +1 years of work experience in 4-5 star hotels
- Excellent English & Spanish level both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Sales and human resources-oriented profile, passionate for hospitality and passion for service
- Graduate from a hospitality school in the market; can relate to students and recent graduates and connect with them.
- Understands and believes in the value of international experience and education.
- Humble and respectful; takes the time to listen to others and understand their point of view.
- Result Driven; focuses on desired results, and sets and achieves challenging goals.
- Self Driven; motivated to do or achieve better results and quality services because of his/her own enthusiasm or interest.
- Organized; can efficiently organize his/her time and work and the team.
- Polished look and good presentation; represents the image of Placement International and luxury hospitality.
- Diplomatic; Correct in the information being communicated and balancing honesty with compassion when interacting.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage communication with partner host companies, convey requirements on cultural exchange programs, visa regulations for international hires, and welcome packages
- Coach and mentor a young, dynamic, and multicultural team
- Organize, oversee and conduct mock interviews besides arranging interviews for recruiters
- Maintain contact with other global P.I. offices to coordinate international recruitment events
- Organize & manage international recruitment fairs and virtual recruitment events for the best hotels and restaurants in the world
- Use its best endeavors to promote PI services
- Promptly Submit to PI all necessary information about open opportunities.
- Incorporate more efficient work processes (using Hubspot) and ensure new work procedures are in line and harmonizing with other department procedures Marketing, Sales and HCMs Highlight both urgent and important matters and make sure these are taken care of.
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
