**What you will do**
- Establish overall program priorities and gain alignment on technical solutions;
- Provide oversight across program components to ensure work is clearly defined and properly scheduled for the timely delivery of needed functionality;
- Help resolve priority conflicts relating to project resourcing. Suggest trade-offs between projects as necessary.
- Drive the resolution of realized risks and urgent delivery issues impeding program progress;
- Develop and manage the full life cycle of initiatives or programs, ensuring continuous progress towards successful completion, and maintaining accountability in change management;
- Hands-on program management including actively helping teams overcome or navigate blockers, suggesting necessary trade-offs, etc;
- Introduce the right level of process to transform development teams while preserving our company’s unique culture;
- Demonstrate technical aptitude to credibly communicate with software engineers. Be able to understand the systems design and architecture of systems impacted by the project. Contribute to your team’s ability to identify design flaws;
- Be proficient in understanding the technical requirements document and technical dependencies between multiple sub-systems;
- Articulate technical or integration risks and provide mitigation suggestions;
- Be able to understand and articulate business requirements and manage their conversion into technical specifications;
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure their alignment with the business needs and associated problem statements. Work closely with stakeholders on the data demand side (Sales leadership and analysts; and data scientists) and supply side.

**Must haves**
- Ideally a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or an engineering discipline;
- 5+ years industry experience in software development with strong expertise in fast-paced and deliver-focused environments;
- 2+ years of consumer or enterprise internet software product management experience;
- Experience in project and program management;
- Good understanding of marketing technologies;
- Proven leadership skills;
- Time zone mandatory: Central Time;
- Advanced/Upper-Intermediate English.

**Nice to haves**
- Product Owner certificate;
- Scrum Master certificate.
