Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to work closely with our clients' high-value customers, manage their pricing experiments, and provide exceptional support. This role involves guiding new clients through technical setup, including adding code to their React.js / Next.js codebases, and offering troubleshooting support to ensure smooth implementation.
The successful candidate will have experience in customer support or success, technical understanding of React.js and Next.js environments, and advanced English language skills. They will also be able to build strong relationships with clients, provide regular updates, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
