Technical Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Manager to join our team at Abyss Energy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional technical support and incident management services, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support: Provide first-level support to our users, responding to queries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
Incident Management: Identify, analyze, and resolve incidents quickly and effectively, minimizing the impact on our services and operations.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including field engineers and third-party vendors, to ensure effective resolution of technical issues.
Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain accurate metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of our technical support services and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical support and incident management
- Proficiency in ITSM BMC Remedy
- Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM guidelines and principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
