**The Opportunity**
OneClick Data is a data and analytics platform company serving the building restoration industry. Our flagship product, OneClick Code, was born out of an immense need to automate a manual system of finding building codes for the property restoration claims process. Rooted in the belief time and energy should be spent on things that create value, not wasting time on inefficiency, OneClick Code completely changes the way the insurance restoration industry functions. OneClick Data is the first company to have automated this process. As a result, we are seeing rapid growth by saving time and money for all of our customers.
**The Team**
Headquartered in Denver, CO, our company is composed of like-minded individuals who thrive on dedication, reliability, adaptability, efficiency, and collaboration while pivoting through industry changes. Our global team includes members around the U.S., Philippines, Ukraine, and South America to name a few. We communicate with each other via Slack, Asana, Zoom, and Gmail on a daily basis. **The Position**
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO of OneClick Data. This role supports the CEO’s everyday tasks and needs, allowing the CEO to focus on high-level leadership and strategy functions. The dynamic nature of this role requires exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the CEO’s needs. The role will also interact with various internal and external stakeholders; therefore, professional communication skills in English are required.
**The Ask**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate logistics for meetings, and ensure timely communication and troubleshooting
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, following through on issues in a timely manner
- Proactively identify problems and tasks, taking action to resolve them without requiring oversight
- Demonstrate an ability to work in an environment with a high level of context switching
- Organize and optimize travel arrangements including booking flights, car transportation, and accommodations in multiple time zones
- Own the employee Onboarding and Offboarding processes within the company
- Research new technologies, events, travel, printing needs, and others
- Project manage ad hoc initiatives including but not limited to: managing office needs, resolving various needs across the company (e.g. account management, software access, and other related technical challenges within the company)
- Assist the sales and marketing teams by managing tradeshow and event attendance; do research and keep up with new dates, as well as plan travel, organize the budget and be the logistics main point of contact for all events
- Is available 8 hours a day. Hours are flexible to accommodate different time zones; primary time zone is CST (Central Standard Time)
- Has 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Is experienced with GSuite; Knowledge of Slack and Asana is a plus
- Has exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Has the ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining a commitment to deadlines
- Has a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
**Pay and benefits**
- $18,000 to $25,000 Annual Salary BOE
- PTO - 2 weeks
- Flexible time off and sick time
- This position has work from home
