We are "Andrea Anez INTERIOR + ARCH" an Interior Architecture Design company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design-Centric Content Creation**:Develop and curate visually stunning and on-brand content that highlights our interior design projects, inspirations, and expertise.
Collaborate with the design team to showcase behind-the-scenes glimpses and design processes.

**Platform Management**:Manage and optimize social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, Houzz, tiktok and other design-focused channels.
Stay informed about design and decor trends, incorporating them into the social media strategy.

**Community Engagement**:Foster engagement within the design community and with potential clients through meaningful interactions, discussions, and collaborations.
Respond to inquiries and comments with a focus on customer relationship building.

**Project Spotlights**:Feature completed projects through engaging narratives, high-quality visuals, and client testimonials.
Use social media as a platform to showcase the breadth and depth of our design portfolio.

**Analytics and Reporting**:Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of design-focused campaigns and track audience engagement.
Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing content and improving online presence.

**Campaign Development**:Plan and execute design-centric social media campaigns to promote specific services, design styles, or seasonal trends.
Collaborate with the design team to integrate ongoing projects and events into social media initiatives.

**Visual Storytelling**:Develop and maintain a consistent visual aesthetic that reflects the brand's design philosophy and values.
Explore innovative ways to tell visual stories that resonate with the target audience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management with a focus on design or related industries.
- Strong visual and design sensibility, with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts to a diverse audience.
- Proficient in social media analytics tools.
- Passion for staying updated on design trends and industry developments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a creative team.
- Fluent in Spanish is a "MUST".
- Must reside in Miami.
