We are seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated Chief Content and Platform Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and take charge of the creation and management of an AI-driven health & wellness informational platform. As the Chief Content and Platform Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leveraging the most current and advanced AI tools and online paid tools to optimize our content creation and management processes for an informational platform within the health and wellness domain. This role offers independence, flexibility in location, and the ability to set your own time schedule, allowing you to drive the success of the platform on your terms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assume ownership of the end-to-end content creation and management process on the AI-driven health information platform, ensuring the production of high-quality, informative content tailored to our target audience within the health and wellness space.
- Implement AI tools to automate and streamline marketing processes, including content generation, data analysis, audience targeting, SEO strategies, backlink acquisition, and organic traffic accumulation within the broader health and wellness domain.
- Utilize online paid tools for comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, precise audience segmentation, keyword research, and effective implementation of SEO techniques, enabling data-driven decision-making and successful marketing campaigns within the health and wellness industry.
- Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize user engagement, traffic, conversion rates, and organic search rankings in the health and wellness space.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, AI advancements, digital marketing techniques, SEO algorithms, and backlink strategies within the health and wellness domain. Proactively recommend and implement innovative strategies to enhance the platform's competitiveness, drive its organic visibility, and accumulate organic traffic.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, off-page optimization, link building, and content marketing, to improve organic visibility, keyword ranking, and website traffic within the health and wellness niche.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content creation and management within the health and wellness industry.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the broader health and wellness domain.
- Demonstrated ability to independently research and master new tools and techniques, leveraging them effectively to drive business initiatives.
- Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to track and measure marketing performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlink acquisition, within the health and wellness industry.
- Strong experience in implementing SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, off-page optimization, link building, and content marketing, to improve organic visibility, keyword ranking, and website traffic.
- Excellent self-motivation and ability to work independently, setting and regulating your own time schedule.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the capability to implement data-driven marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, as you will be collaborating remotely with the team.
- Affiliate Marketing experience will be considered a plus.
- Proven track record in managing and leading a team of content creators, digital marketers, and SEO specialists, ideally, but not necessarily within the health and wellness industry.
- Experience in developing and implementing content marketing strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and attract a targeted audience.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and the ability to oversee the platform's content publishing, editing, and scheduling processes.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations, such as GDPR and HIPAA, ensuring the platform adheres to industry standards.
- Experience in leveraging social media platforms and influencers to amplify brand presence and engage with the health and wellness community.
- Proven ability to analyze user data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve user experience and platform performance.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and A/B testing methodologies to improve user conversion and engagement.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and the ability to collaborate with designers to create intuitive and visually appealing platform interfaces.
