About the job:
This position will be responsible for the management of the social media strategy and other communications projects connected with the digital ecosystem.

What you will do:
As part of the scope, this role will support in the following areas and activities:
Always On Social media
- Coordinate the paid and unpaid social media coverage in Red Hat accounts
- Define the annual strategy in terms of content, formats, frequency and platforms
- Coordinate the creation of creativities, copies and assets. Provide creative inputs.
- B informed about new local content that is emerging and that can be used online.
- Identify opportunities in new media like podcasts, YouTube, Twitch, etc.

Executives visibility
- Coordinate the community management for top executives.

Reports
- Creation and presentation of monthly and quarterly reports
- Set metrics, measurement tools and reports for each program implementation.

Digital communications
- Work with the digital marketing vendors on media buy plans.
- Analyze performance reports.
- Interact with the Digital Marketing Manager and the Programs Manager to support their strategy.

What you will bring:

- BS/MS degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in PR and Digital Comms with minimum 5 years experience

working cross-functionally, within an international technical environment in a similar role.
- Experience in marketing in the technology industry is preferred. B2B /B2C
- Excellent project management and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills. Effective presentation of information and strong

communication skills for responding to and coordinating with senior stakeholders as

necessary
- Proven knowledge of marketing automation and digital communications tools
- Extremely well organized and detail oriented
- Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Social Media and digital marketing

measurement
- Willingness to travel and ability to work independently and autonomously
- Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
