As the **Digital and Social Media Manager**, your mission is to support our company's strategic objectives by enhancing our digital presence across various social media platforms and essential online assets. This role is crucial for amplifying our corporate identity, aligning social media strategies and activities with our global business goals, and aiding in achieving commercial, clinical, and operational targets throughout the organization.

This position offers a unique opportunity for a fixed-term contract to cover parental leave.

Responsibilities Include:

- Leading the execution of our social media strategies, ensuring alignment with our global commercial focus and audience segmentation.
- Spearheading digital campaigns that support our business objectives, including event promotion, disease education, product launches, clinical trial awareness, and branding.
- Collaborating with regulatory and legal teams to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Crafting and managing social media content, overseeing external content creators and agencies as needed.
- Continuous management and refinement of social media content, monitoring engagement, and interacting with our audience.
- Developing a strategy for digital assets that boosts traffic to our main and clinical trial websites.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in digital content management and campaign execution.
- Experience in social media marketing, including paid advertising and engagement analysis.
- Competency in graphic design to generate professional-grade social media materials.
- Skilled in managing partnerships with external designers and agencies.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and project management capabilities.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
