**THE WORK**
- Ensure an outstanding technical delivery to our leadership and clients.
- Create high quality solutions for our clients and internal projects.
- Lead, guide and develop technical teams.
- Measure operational performance and find improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders ir order to achieve maximum effectiveness.

**NEEDED EXPERTISE**
- Solid expertise in IT solutions and/or tech companies with a global presence.
- Vast experience with client management, project scope definition and delivery solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively with leadership, clients, and team members.
- A willingness to learn continuously and adapt to changing business needs, including collaborating with remote teams.
- An agile/open-source mindset, with a passion for exploring new tools and technologies to enhance our delivery.
- Advanced business-level communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
