Purpose of the job:
This role will manage a portfolio of projects and analytics products to internal stakeholders (customers). The job holder will coordinate the work accross multiple initiatives and for various data domain, maintaining a very close connect to internal stakeholders. It requires understanding of analytics and its impact on business, project management and digital product lifecycle as well as team leadership. This role will deal with ambiguity and uncertainty in order to plan and deliver analytics products. Key stakeholders will be of Manager, Director and VP level seniority, therefore a proper comfort, building rapport and demonstrating professionalism is required

Your ‘day to day’:

- Oversee the design, development and implementation of analytical products and solutions (data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics, advanced analytics)
- Drive cross-functional projects using analytics and Business Intelligence solutions to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover value delivery opportunities.
- Drive successful completion of initiatives from ideation until finalization, through effective management of the team and effective collaboration with stakeholders. Ensure high quality throughout the cycle.
- Recruit, train and supervise analyst-level employees
- Continuously improve solutions, act as consultant to stakeholders to seek better ways to improve value of analytics, connect existing products to create new solutions.
- Forge partnerships with stakeholders, manage conflicts and build the relations towards a trusted partner, in an independent manner.
- Generate quantitative and qualitative insights powered by analytics tools and solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to support data driven decisions (implementation).

Define, measure and derive value out of analytics products
- Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in markets, functions, technology and leadership. Improve PM Business Solutions Analytics department through proposing new ways of working upskilling of the workforce and delivery of ad-hoc projects.
- Explore early stage analytics Proof Of Concepts until full service deployment (analytics incubation) at later stage. Continuously define

Who we’re looking for:

- Preferred business, economics or technical degrees (STEM) but not limited to. Equivalent experience can be obtained through work.
- At least 10 years of experience. Including solid analytical roles in Commercial, Finance or Operations. Experience with People management. Experience with analytics products life-cycle management (from initiatiion, through build until run&support).
- A plus : experience with data visualization tools, database querying languages, programming, advanced analytics and ML
- Stakeholders management - building rapport with stakeholders, managing service delivery communication, conflicts resolution, easy and comfort around higher management
- Dealing with ambiguity and paradox, changing priorities.
- Strong communicator with presentation skills.
- Experience with agile ways of working as well as project management for digita products.
- Certificates/trainings: range of trainings covering analytics skillset
